Terms & Returns

1. About us

H. Montgomery Watch Co. ("we", "us") is a private dealer in pre-owned luxury watches, registered in England and Wales. All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

2. Authenticity

Every watch we sell is inspected and authenticated in-house. Where a piece is offered with original box, papers, and service history, this is stated explicitly on the product page. If we cannot guarantee authenticity, we will not list the watch.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices include UK VAT where applicable. We accept payment by major debit and credit cards (via Stripe), PayPal, Apple Pay, and bank transfer. Bank transfer is required for orders above £15,000.

4. Shipping

All UK orders are sent fully insured by next-working-day courier. International shipping is available worldwide, fully insured, with all duties and taxes calculated at checkout where possible. Tracking is shared at dispatch.

5. Returns policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the watch must be returned in the same condition as supplied, with all original packaging, tags, and accompanying paperwork intact. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and must be sent fully insured. Refunds are issued within 5 working days of inspection.

6. Trade-ins & enquiries

Trade-in valuations are offered in good faith based on photographs and descriptions provided. Final valuation is subject to physical inspection.

7. Privacy

We treat all enquiries and transactions with the discretion expected of a private dealer. Personal information is never shared with third parties beyond what is required to fulfil your order.
